1. Refunds and Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions may be eligible for return, subject to specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@happisleep.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

1.3 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection is completed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the transaction to reflect in your account.

1.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Opened bedding products (if hygiene seals are broken)
  • Clearance or final sale items

2. Warranty Information

2.1 Limited Warranty

  • All Happi Sleep products come with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.
  • Sagging greater than 1 inch in mattresses.

2.2 Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Preferences regarding firmness or comfort.

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support at warranty@happisleep.com and provide proof of purchase and images of the defect.

3. Product Care Instructions

3.1 Mattress Care

  • Use a Mattress Protector: Always use a protective cover to prevent stains and spills.
  • Rotate Regularly: Rotate your mattress every 3-6 months to promote even wear.
  • Keep Dry: Avoid excessive moisture and ensure proper ventilation to prevent mold and mildew.

3.2 Bedding Care

  • Washing Instructions: Follow the specific washing instructions on your product label. Use mild detergents and avoid bleach.
  • Drying: Line dry or tumble dry on low heat to maintain fabric quality.

3.3 Pillows and Cushions

  • Fluff Regularly: Regularly fluff pillows and cushions to maintain their shape and comfort.
  • Spot Clean: For minor stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
