5. Purchases and Payments

• Prices for products are displayed on the Site, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.

6. Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to location or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email for monitoring.

7. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.
• Refunds: Upon successful inspection of returned products, we will process refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement without a cancellation fee. After 6 hours, a cancellation fee of ₹500 will be charged.

8. Warranty

Our products come with a 10-year limited warranty. The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects, including sagging greater than 1 inch.
• Defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections.
• Personal preferences regarding firmness or comfort.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use with an incorrect foundation.

9. User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") on the Site, provided that such content does not violate any laws, infringe the rights of others, or contain any offensive or inappropriate material. By submitting User Content, you grant Happi Sleep a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and modify your content for any purpose, including promotional activities.
